A wonderfully located, detached property with off road parking, only 5 minutes walk to both Luton train station, town centre, 10 minutes from Luton International Airport, 8 minutes drive to Luton & Dunstable hospital and yet is perfectly located directly opposite the most beautiful park in Luton, Wardown Park. There are two bus stops outside and great transport links to both town, train station, airport, hospital and coach station and London is very accessible too.

A large double bedroom with a comfy double bed with storage. A new double wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and bookcase.

The room is located to the rear of the property and is very quiet and peaceful overlooking the back garden.

We are in essence a family home with only myself and my son (whose at university most of the time) and want you to feel "at home" and to be comfortable here.

We have a small dog, who is friendly and a lovely back garden to enjoy.

Our ideal housemate would be a non smoker (although you may smoke in the garden provided the area is left clean and tidy).

He or she would be welcome to join in with our meals and I can provide a laundry service and change of beds on a bi weekly basis at an additional cost.
