Friendly lodger wanted - double in Luton

The room is well equipped storage-wise and is gloriously sunny. The house is bright and breezy, yet cosy when it's cold and is ideally located a 5 minute drive from the airport, town and station and m1 junction 10.
Walking distance to town centre!
On street parking is free and easy.

Landlady… the room has done well on Airbnb (Superhost!) as I enjoyed solo living, but now looking for a second longer term lodger who will be good company and has the potential to become a friend, share a meal or movie or get to the cinema now and again. I’m highly protective of my peace and space so it would have to be exactly the right person with the right kind of energy- open minded, positive, honest, responsible, kind. Being clean and tidy is a must, but also flexible enough to be happy leaving the washing up until morning after a dinner party! 😇😅

Open to pet owners as I love pets but I’m not quite there with owning one myself!

The house as a whole has 3 stories and is full of light! It has a fabulous garden with a huge decking area - perfect for socialising around the fire pit, BBQ, or chilling out under the stars with candles.
