Hello we currently have a room for rent in friendly shared house in Cowper Street, Luton.

The room is vacant and ready for renting. It contains a single bed and bedside table, a desk and an office chair, a tv aerial point, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a shower, a fridge with freezer compartment, a sink unit and a few kitchen cupboard units. The room also contains a toaster, microwave, kettle and a mini oven with two hobs to provide the renter with a private cooking area.

The room is on the ground floor of the property, which is a 7 bedroom shared house within walking distance of Luton Town centre and the University of Bedfordshire (approximately a 5-10 min walk). Luton train station is approximately a 15 min walk.

As well as the amenities within the room, there is also a shared downstairs toilet.

There is on street parking which is available for permit holders and non permit holders are permitted to park there for up to 2 hours at a time. There are no parking restrictions between 6pm and 8am and all day Sunday. Disabled drivers can park without a permit.

We ask for a security deposit at the beginning of each tenancy, which is protected in a deposit protection scheme and returned to our tenants at the end of their tenancy agreements, providing that the room is left in a clean and good condition when you leave the property.
