Hello, I'm looking for someone to move in initially for 6 months with the possibility of it being longer.
Well equipped kitchen, living room and small garden. Two toilets, bath and shower.
Good internet, Xbox one, switch, smart speakers and lighting, resin 3D printer. 100+ board games and gaming room.
I'm 35, work part time from home. I am a bit of a geek and love gaming. Happy to be social but equally don't mind if you keep to yourself. There are two cats here, both very friendly.

There is currently a sofabed in the room but I do have a double bed that can be set up if needs be.
Also, I do smoke but not in the house.
