Room 1 is a king size bedroom and would be suitable for a single person, however couples are welcome. Please enquire first as the monthly rent may differ.
Rooms 2 and 3 are double bedrooms.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Leagrave station which has fast link services directly in to London via Thameslink. There is also a high street 5 minutes from the house and various bus links available.
All bills will be included in your monthly rent.
I am open to renting the entire house to a family, however please enquire first as this will be subject to suitable references and the monthly rent will differ if renting the entire property.
