Looking for single occupant for a beautifully decorated and bright double, fully furnished room in my 3 bed house. Available is a desk and bedside table for the room which are not displayed in the photos.

The whole house has been renovated within the last 5 years. Kitchen was refitted 1 year ago and comes with new dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom has an excellent power shower and bath. Access provided to own private garden through internal and external doors.

The house is down steps from street level with on-road parking. Very well located near the airport (25 min walk) and Vauxhall factory. Situated about a 20 min walk, or 8 min bike ride, to both Luton and Luton Airport Parkway train stations. The 13 bus stops just out the front of the house while the M1 motorway is only a 5 minute drive away.

Seeking a professional person who will help keep the place clean and tidy and is respectful of my house and belongings. I am a professional homeowner living an active sporty life, who enjoys vegan cooking who combines working from home with commuting to London and is in the house through some weekday evenings and some weekends.

Rental price includes all bills. Ideally looking for a short-term letter who is happy with a max stay of 3-4 months but open to discussions around the duration.
