About me:
I am a young professional, mostly working from home. I appreciate good company, good chats and some banter. I enjoy good food, regular walks, barbecues, casual eat-outs and movie nights. I am currently the only resident at the property, but my girlfriend stays over quite regularly on weekends.

Small double room, perfect for a single occupant. Room will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. House includes a kitchen with nice dining area, and a lovely living room with big patio door on a south-facing backgarden (I will be uploading more pics to the advert in the coming days). Property belongs to Council Tax band C (around £1870/y total).
About the area:
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the Eaton Green Heights development. Walking distance from Luton Airport Parkway station and from the Town centre. Luton Retail Park (Aldi, Iceland, Argos, b&m...) as well as The Brache Beefeater Restaurant/Pub and Venue 360 gym are about 15 mins walk away.
About you:
I am looking for a tidy, chilled and respectful housemate. Someone like-minded that will bring positive energy to the house. Professional, non-smoker. Male preferred.
