Please note that the room that goes onto two floors is available. I would accept two people in this room. This can also be treated as two floor room, I can get you a double bed on top floor and single bed on the first. Conveniently nestled near the airport, this is a 3-bedroom home where only 4 people live.

Two parking spots available, the third person will have to park on-street.

The spacious kitchen is ready for any meal prep, stocked with essentials and modern appliances.
Unwind in the conservatory with a game of table football, or step outside to relax in the garden.

Bedroom 1- 2 floor bedroom with a single sofa on each floor. Would be willing to accept 2 people living in this room for £50 extra. (one of the sofas can be taken out for a single person) you can make the upper floor a home office and downstairs a bedroom, there is a wardrobe)

Bedroom 2- Double bed with a big wall cabinet.

Bedroom 3- Ensuite with a big wooden bed, please note there is no wardrobe in this room.

No party house.

Front camera no more than one external guest allowed per person renting.

The house is currently listed for sale, which means I may need to show it to potential buyers occasionally. We'll need to agree on a time slot every 2 weeks for this purpose. Once the house is sold, you will receive a 3-month notice. Based on the current situation, the house should be available for at least the next 6 months. This is reflected in the reduced rental price.
