Room with a view!

Want to live in an old farmhouse, surrounded by beautiful views, with a large garden and off street parking? We have a lovely furnished double room with king size bed available to rent to a lodger. The room is not en-suite, but the renter will have use of the family shower room, most of the time to themselves, unless we have guests. There is a large shared kitchen and large shared lounge.

We are a professional couple (live in landlords), who work from home part of the week. We enjoy socialising and occasionally have friends and family over to visit. We have two cats and no kids. We’re friendly, easy going, like to chill in the kitchen and lounge, are good company, but are fairly quiet most of the time.

The room would suite someone who is easy going, calm, friendly, clean and tidy. You would need to be comfortable living somewhere peaceful and rural, and would need to drive as we are not on any bus routes, being just outside of Maulden, Flitwick and Ampthill. Flitwick station is just 5 minutes by car (trains to London / Bedford / Brighton). My husband vapes, so we would consider a person who vapes.

Room is inclusive of bills (including council tax and Wi-Fi ).
