You would have exclusive access to a bathroom (situated opposite the bedroom) consisting of jacuzzi/whirlpool bath, electric power shower, sink, toilet, bathroom cabinet and storage unit for toiletries etc.

The bedroom was re-painted in 2024 and had a new window fitted in April 2025.

There is a large kitchen with the usual appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 2 microwaves/combi ovens, a double electric oven, gas hob and an Air Fryer).

I have a good sized back garden for relaxing in and the house is not overlooked at all.

The house is situated on a quiet side road and there is adequate parking on the drive for a car or van.

All bills are included and you will have use of a Sky Q mini box so you can watch Sky TV in your bedroom. TV included and bedding can be provided as well.

The internet is with BT and high-speed.

There would be full use of the kitchen and dining room but not the main living room.

The room is for single occupancy so no couples.

References, deposit and ID are required.

Potton is just a 10 minute drive from the A1 with Sandy train station 3 miles away and Biggleswade station 4 miles away.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and happy to live in their own space whilst respecting mine as well and willing to keep communal areas clean.

Please note that the room is not available until the end of Feb 2026 as I currently have a lodger who is moving out.
