MONDAY TO FRIDAY let in a quiet location between Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes.

We have available a large, bright, clean bedroom with views of the garden and woods. The room is on the top floor of the house, along with its own bathroom and small kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, bedside table, sofa, coffee table, cupboard, table/desk and chair, bookcase, fibre optic broadband and TV socket. Its bathroom has a great power shower, bath, basin and loo.

Our set-up gives you independence from the owners and you share the use of a well equipped kitchen with our existing lodger (a professional person) who has their own bedroom and bathroom. We’ve had this set-up for more than 10 years and the two lodgers rarely come across each other.

We are looking for a professional person who wants to be based in the area from Monday to Friday for work purposes. You will have your own room in a comfortable and warm house located in a peaceful rural setting. All bills are included; wi-fi; parking on the gated driveway; use of washing machine.

The room is available from Sunday evening/Monday morning to Friday morning.

The rest of the house is home to a friendly professional couple. Please mention your working hours if you work shifts or 'from home'.

The house is situated on a quiet lane near Great Brickhill – your own transport is essential.
