A quiet, comfortable room in a modern, luxurious 5 bed country house in the middle of the Chiltern Hills yet 5 mins drive from Dunstable, 15 mins from Luton airport and Luton parkway station with 23 min journey to Central London, 23 mins drive to St Albans.

Shared space includes a huge kitchen, garage and 0.75 acre garden, with ample amount of free parking on a gravel drive. The room is right next to a bathroom which is not used by the owner (the property has 3 bathrooms). With two large living areas (each with their own SKY TV) there is a generous amount of space to allow for social or private time.

This room would suit a professional, who is clean, tidy, friendly and also loves dogs as the other two "flatmates" have very waggy tails. Love of the countryside, healthy living and fresh air will mean that you will feel right at home in my wonderful close to the city country pad.
