🍀Double room in a peaceful home🏠

Hello,

I have one (1) room to rent in my lovely and serene home in Wigmore area (close to TUI/Asda). The house is situated in a very quiet part of Luton near a pathway that leads to trees and lots of nature (walking distance). There is plenty of street parking available, so there is always space to park your car.

We are two professionals, one female (Michela) and one male (Nick) who sadly is
moving on to pastures new so I am looking for a respectful person and an animal lover. (I have 1 cat)

I am easy-going and generally speaking I like tranquillity but from time to time enjoying sharing a dinner in the garden or watching a movie together.

Local shops are nearby and public transportation as well. The room is furnished with double bed and wardrobe.

Cable TV and WIFI are included in the monthly rent as well as all standard utility bills.

You will have access to the common areas of the house such as living room, kitchen, bathroom & the beautiful garden!

Ideally, I am looking for a mature female to share the house with.
