SHORT LET - Double room in homely flat

Double bedroom available in peaceful flat in Aldermaston Wharf. The room has a double bed, cube shelf with boxes and a fairly large built in wardrobe. There also is a separate cupboard in the hallway for additional things like suitcases or sports equipment.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly, who wants to be close to Reading or Thatcham but prefers to be in a relaxed, quiet and green area. The flat is next to the canal and there are some lovely running/walking/cycling routes nearby. In the summer there are usually lots of boats going past that you can watch from the living room and bedroom.

You would be sharing with a professional female in her 30s all bills are split between you. They come to around £120 each including council tax, depending on the season. The flat is Band D.

Aldermaston station is just across the road, 2 mins walk with direct trains into Reading (15 mins), Paddington (50 mins) and Newbury. (15 mins). Allocated parking is available and it is a 10 mins drive to junction 12 of the M4 and 5 mins to AWE.

Professionals only, no couples. And no pets due to the lease.
