Double Room in Ascot

I have a lovely double room available to let in our spacious 3 bed, 2 bath semi-detached home in North Ascot.

The house is located on a quiet street and within walking distance to the local shops, pubs and multiple bus lines. It’s also just a 5 minute drive to Heatherwood hospital, Ascot High street and the Ascot train station.

The room is on the first floor and gets as much natural light as England can offer. The windows face the backyard, giving the room a bit of privacy. The mattress and furniture in the room are nearly new. You’ll have a full bathroom to use which is adjacent to the bedroom.

There is a spacious kitchen which you’ll have full access to (appliances, cabinet space, refrigerator space etc), as well as a garden in the backyard where we grow herbs and vegetables for sharing. Feel free to use the BBQ. There’s a washer and dryer available for your use as well as clothing lines in the backyard. You’ll have a comfortable living area with a TV and Netflix access.

Wifi/utilities are included in the rent. There is plenty of street parking. We also have storage space available for any suitcases, etc that you’d like to stow away.

About me:
I’m a young professional with a 4yo son and a really cool Australian cattle dog named Atlas (I mostly keep him out of the house). I have a 8-5 schedule during the week and take it easy on the weekends.
