Bright and airy double bedroom in large house

We have a light and airy double room for rent in our family home. The room comes with the use of its own private bathroom (not ensuite, across landing). There is plenty of parking, a large back garden perfect for a BBQ in the summer and all bills are included (including a cleaner every other week).

I am currently the only person living in the house permanently, with my brother staying every fortnight. We are looking for someone to take the room until the end of the year.

We are a 10 minute walk from Sunningdale Train station which has a regular service to London Waterloo (55 mins) and Reading (30 mins). Heathrow Terminal 5 is a 20 minute drive and costs about £25 with a local taxi firm. We also are within easy access for the M25, M3 and M4 motorways. You can take a walk/run from the house onto Wentworth golf course and Chobham Common or drive to Windsor Great Park in 5 mins. Waitrose, restaurants (inc Pizza Express), shops (including a chemist and a post office) are all within walking distance.

We are looking for a young professional or post graduate who is a non smoker and clean and tidy. We have a lovely black labrador who will not be living in the house whilst we are away but will be with us when we come and stay occasionally, so someone who doesn’t mind dogs is a must!
