Successful applicant would ideally need to be in full time work and to fill out an application form, providing good works references and affordability etc also to agree as part of the tenancy agreement required to join our house watts app group and actively participate for ease of communication between all, each room is allocated a weekly 30 minutes chore to carry out and simply post a couple of photos up on the house watts app we also supply a professional cleaner

We stock up the property with cloths, sponges, bin bags, black sacks, hand soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, etc etc once a month to help enhance your stay with us

For this room in May 2021 we have organised with our builders to replace the existing bedroom window with French doors opening out to the beautiful garden complete with small individual patio complete garden table & 2 chairs

We take great pride and care in the upkeep of the property both inside and around the grounds, we also run our property portfolio buisness from our office which is based at the side of the property, interviewing having meetings etc, so we can be seen working in or around the gardens and carrying out the latest improvements / projects etc and pottering around in the summer months enjoying the odd bbq
