About your room

⁃ £670 per month for lodgings including bedroom , bathroom, kitchen, storage space.
⁃ All bills and utilities included in that monthly price.
- Dog-friendly house. Please note as much fun as it would be, I cannot look after your dog when you leave for work.
⁃ Great for work for home - desk in room, internet super fast and reliable.
⁃ Loads of storage space in room, across the house, in the attic, and garage.
⁃ Two separate lavatories.
⁃ Not a packed house at all, it will just be yourself, me, and my other half who is currently travelling for work.
⁃ Free parking on the road.
⁃ House is a 30 minute walk to Bracknell station, and a 7 minute drive.
⁃ Aldi 20 mins walk, and tonnes of gorgeous woodland to walk through.
- Please make sure you read your rights as lodger, as they’re different to rights as a tenant.

About Me

⁃ Late 20s with the back of someone in their late 60s.
⁃ Personal attendant to Teddy the dog, the four-year old male Bichon-mix. Ted is well-trained, polite as punch, and does NOT shed fur (he is a hypoallergenic breed)
⁃ Work from home as a cyber security researcher.
⁃ I work hard but also chill hard. My favourite things are DIY, hanging out with dogs, and playing around with new tech.
⁃ I keep a clean house and keep good hygiene!
⁃ I’ve a good balance of being up for a chat and leaving you to your privacy.
⁃ Too chill for dramas. King of minding my own business.
⁃ Open to lodgers of all backgrounds, identities, genders, beliefs.
⁃ Ideal lodger is someone who wants to work hard and chill in peace, I’m not much of a party animal I’m afraid.
