We have a spare double room which we are looking to carry on renting out after the departure of our current lodger. The room doubles up as a work room and a guest room for family and friends, so we would like to rent it out to professionals on a Monday to Friday let only. (Happy to accept short term lets in the interim, but no full time lets.)
The house is a terraced Victorian cottage which has been extended, with a 100ft garden. Parking is 1min walk away. 10 miin walk to train station, 10 min walk to town.
You would be most welcome to use the kitchen and dinning area. The living room is extra cosy (!) but you again would be welcome to use if we are both out. I work in costume in education and theatre and my husband works from home. Rent is £380 per month, and includes all bills, and use of facilities. (Also please note must be a non smoker.)
