I'm looking for a housemate to move in with me and rent one of three rooms in my lovely little home in Bracknell.

THE ROOM & HOUSE

The room is a generous double unfurnished with a triple inbuilt wardrobe.

The house is extremely spacious with a large, modern kitchen and living room area. It's also fully furnished down to the knives and forks!

Deposit £500 and rent £700 per month. All bills (council tax, gas, electricity, TV, broadband etc.) included in rent. There is free off street parking. Free to do viewings now.

THE AREA

Great location for crew based at LHR and LGW with links to the M4, M3 and M25.

The house is situated in a quiet position on the North Lake development with great access to local shops and amenities. There are fantastic local points of interest close by with The Lookout, South Hill Park and the newly regenerated town centre, The Lexicon only a short distance away.

BIT ABOUT ME

My name's Xerxina, but people call me Xena. I'm 34 and work at LHR as a Dispatcher. Am very tidy and have my own life outside of my shift work but would love to live with someone who likes to chill out during the week with a glass of wine and some trash TV or a good film.
I especially love to cook in my spare time - it’s a passion of mine - so you’ll most likely find me in the kitchen or curled up on the sofa with a good book.
