Hi i have a single room for in a bungalow. Looking for a clean individual who will maintain the house. Calcot is 3 miles from the city and there is a bus to reading nearly every 10 minutes. Parking is available on the property and is near the M4 junction. It has a beautiful garden and the common areas are shared. I am a live in landlord and including me there are another lodger too. There is a Puppy in the house. So would prefer dog lovers
