Room for rent in 4 bed Caversham/Emmer Green home

I have one room to rent in a detached home in Emmer Green, Caversham. It's a quiet area with drive way parking. We have local shops, pubs and bus routes nearby, Caversham main street is 15 minutes’ walk, Reading main station/Town centre 30 minutes’ walk (10 minute bus ride). The room for rent is first floor, furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk and a window looking out at the front garden and driveway. The house has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, x3 bathrooms and garden. The house has Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime and house newly fitted to high specification. These and all utility bills/council tax etc are included in rent. The back garden is a good size, has storage for bikes and is great for a barbeque when Spring/Summer comes around.

The contract we have is a one month rolling contract which you can cancel with one months’ notice. We are looking for a working professional that has lived in a shared house before, so like us, is respectful of others and can clean up after themselves and take care of the house. At the moment we are two housemates, one male and one female. We are both laid back, hard working professionals, enjoy a good night out as well as a quiet drink or film during the week.
