A wonderful, spacious and fully furnished private en-suite room available in a clean, welcoming home, ideal for a professional looking for comfort, privacy, and convenience. The room is ready to move into and benefits from its own separate entrance, giving it a more independent and self-contained feel.

The en-suite space includes a breakfast table with bar stools, perfect for enjoying meals, having a coffee, or using as a comfortable workspace if you need to work on your laptop from home. It also comes with a fridge, microwave, TV, broadband/WiFi, and your own utensils, making day-to-day living easy and practical.

The lodger will also have shared access to the kitchen, laundry room, garden, pergola, and driveway. The outdoor space is a lovely bonus, offering a peaceful and relaxing area to enjoy.

I am ideally looking for a Monday–Friday professional adult lodger, but I would consider the right full-time person. You would be living with a professional who is neat, clean, and respectful, so I am seeking someone similar clean, considerate, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
