Sunny double bedroom, in a 2-bedroom house looking out to the river Thames. It's a beautiful place with a shared back garden and a friendly bunch of neighbours.

The house has a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a main bathroom with WC upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. There's no TV but I have a projector and there's good wi-fi.

Bills are £130-£150 depending on electricity use, plus £30/month for a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

It's a 10-15min walk along the river to the town centre and the two Windsor train stations.

I work in digital design mostly from home. I love playing music (6Music listener) and enjoy doing creative stuff, watching films, playing board games, cooking, going to the pub, country walks, cycling, stand-up paddling...

I'm looking for someone chilled, but also clean and tidy, who's happy to have a chat over a cuppa or a drink every now and then.

The room measures 3.40m x 2.30m. It's partly furnished with a small double bed (borrowed from a friend) and a desk.

Strictly no smokers/vapers please.

There will be a small contract fee of £50 and an employment reference check.
