Large newly decorated room, new bedding (quilts/pillows/quilt covers provided) (20ft + built in wardrobes)with large window. Masses of storage, Double storage bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, shelving unit, armchair, full length dressing mirrors. 2 x shared luxury bathrooms (both recently refurbishd) Very large kitchen/diner - dedicated cupboard/fridge/freezer space. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Currently 3 of the 4 occupants lightly smoke, both in communial areas and own rooms. Looking for additional person for quiet enjoyment, we are all hard working and sociable people and enjoy a chat but considerate of everyone's privacy. Guests ok - only one at a time. Personal Sky TV to the room included. Local shop/pubs/takeway food/post office within 2 minutes. Need a dog/cat tolerant person as have both at the property. ** Option to have ensuite toilet and wash basin in room - work would have to be conducted during the day whilst the occupant is at work, when installed rent would increase to £675 per month)
