We have 2 large luxury furnished double rooms (sizes from 3. 5m x 4m to 4m x 4. 5m) available in the very quiet cul-de-sac in Crowthorne.

First floor room with garden view seen on Bedroom 3 photo is available immediately.

Second floor room with VELUX skylights is available from 7th July.

Our house is only 10-minute walk from the High Street and next to woodlands with a large number of walking and cycling routes. Rooms are available for single occupancy only and we have very strict overnight guest policy. Our house has been recently refurbished to the very high standard.

All rooms come with the real oak hardwood floors, underfloor heating with individual temperature control, storage and comfortable double beds. There is secure storage available for your bikes at the front of the house. There are 2/3 parking spaces on the driveway of the house, one more on the pavement opposite the house and there is public parking with over 100 spaces within the 2-minute walk from the house.
Residents have a separate entrance to the house and accommodation is split over two floors including 4 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath and shower cabin, separate luxury fully equipped kitchen for loggers use only that has with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and American style fridge plus large sitting room with LCD TV and leather sofas. There is a fast BT Infinity unlimited wireless broadband available for shared use. We have a cleaning lady coming weekly which is an additional £25 per room monthly.

Our house is perfectly located for both M4 and M3 commuting; only 15-20 minutes from Reading and less than 10 minutes from Bracknell. We are looking for employed professional people who will enjoy a quiet and comfortable life. We are a friendly family with a young child. We live on the ground floor of the property in the separate flat and appreciate lodgers who will respect other occupants of the house. If you are looking for a party house, I am afraid our house is not going to work for you.
