Personal use of bathroom/shower room next to bedroom. TV with Sky provided. High speed broadband, desk, chair, large mirror, bed, lamp and bedside table etc. Plenty of storage and hanging space. TV aerial built in to bedroom wall. Bedding and towels provided at £25 per month extra.

Kitchen/diner with large dining table, Aga, etc. Complimentary tea and coffee. Facilities include use of dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge.

The property is situated in an idyllic village with 2 great pubs and direct access to A34. Located very close to Harwell Campus and M4 Chieveley. Quick access to both Reading, M4 and Oxford.

Up to 4 nights per week Mon-Fri, based on per calendar month (not per week). To secure the room you will be asked to pay £300 deposit refundable upon 2 weeks' notice after an initial period of 3 months. The first month's rent would be due on the day you arrive. Would suit professional, single person who is working on-site during the daytime. Sorry no home working.
