Personal use of bathroom/shower room next to bedroom. Sky TV in room provided, high speed unlimited broadband, desk, chair, large mirror, bed, lamp and bedside table etc. Plenty of storage and hanging space. Bedding and sheets provided and laundered.

Use of kitchen/diner with large dining table, Aga, etc. Facilities include use of dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge.

The property is situated in an idyllic village with 2 great pubs and direct access to A34. Located very close to Harwell Campus and M4 Chieveley. Quick access to both Reading, M4 and Oxford.

Up to 4 nights per week Mon-Fri, based on per calendar month (PLEASE NOTE: this is a monthly rate, payable monthly in advance). The room will be secured upon receipt of a refundable deposit.

Would suit professional male (preferred) who is working on-site during the daytime. Sorry no home working.
