Looking for a housemate for spacious Eton Flat!

Hi!

We have one room available for September 2020 in a three bedroom flat. Rent is inclusive of bills and ranges between £540-560 per month (this is dependent on water, and electrics). Did we mention you can see the castle from the kitchen?!

I am currently the only tenant staying and I am a primary school teacher. I enjoy having a chat and drink with my flatmates but I also respect their space due to differing schedules. I am clean, considerate and friendly, looking to add 1 new person to this lovely flat.

We are located just across the bridge connecting Eton and Windsor! Close to many pubs and restaurants in Eton (Côte, The Flaming Cow, The Eton Mess, The George and The Watermans Arms just to name a few).

We are about a 5 min walk to the Eton and Riverside Train station heading directly to Waterloo and about a 10 min walk to Windsor and Eton Central Train station which is a 6 min train ride to Slough, where you can change for London, Maidenhead, Reading etc.

There is a tiny local grocery store called Budgens right on Eton High Street, a 5 min walk, and then its about a 10 min walk to Waitrose, M&S and Tesco Express in Windsor.

Room 1 consists of a double bed, with storage underneath, a large wardrobe, desk, chair and free standing light available in the room. Please view pictures for bedroom 1.
There is a separate room for the toilet and the shower, which makes it convenient for all. We have a wide open kitchen, complete with washer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and lots of counter space. There is also a sitting room complete with couch, chair and dinning table.
