The flat is in a very nice location, in Eton High Street. There is a big kitchen, and a relaxing vibe.
The room and the rest of the flat have been recently renovated. Please note that the flat will keep on being renovated until 1 July 2021. Currently, the room has very little furnishing as only the bed is here.
We own two rabbits and are three young professionals.
The rent is £450 pm, and the bills are payed separately to the flatmate in charge of them (£75 pm).
There is a big parking next to the flat. There are two parking permits attached to the flat. One of them is already being used, but it would be possible to get the second one, or to buy your own for £30 a year.
