Update: 1 out of the 6 rooms have become available. The room is room 1 on the ground floor, which is available at £850 PCM, and it´s available from 30th OCTOBER 2023. The prices include ALL BILLS (water, gas, electricity, council tax, wifi, a gardener in the summer months, a weekly cleaner for the common area and each bathroom is cleaned by the cleaner every 4 to 6 weeks and also a window cleaner who cleans the windows when it´s required). The room is both fully furnished and has en suite bathrooms and has a flat screen TVs mounted on the wall.
My current tenant is leaving unfortunately due to a change of their work circumstances after being very happy at the house for over 1 year and 3 months at the house. The room comes with a parking space.
