Large Double room

Large double room in family home.. Room is nicely decorated and has a wall mounted tv for the use of the occupant. There is also a desk, wardrobe, bed and bedside cabinets . There is ample parking and we are very near to motorways and have good access to public transport. The room is in a family home consisting of a husband and wife and no children. We are looking for a friendly professional. You will have full use of the kitchen and main bathroom. Short walk to restaurants, shops, post office, dentist and doctors. There are also some lovely walks right on the doorstep also. We will accepts couples for an extra nominal charge.
My husband is having problems with stairs so we sleep downstairs. Therefore the occupant will have the upstairs to there selves and sole use of the bathroom.
