Large, sunny, 2-acre garden with access directly to woodland and common for walking. Lovely aspect, peaceful and secluded.

Comprising a large ensuite wet room/bathroom, only recently completed, blinds still to be installed. A private sitting room on the ground floor can be made available with television if required. There is a large shared kitchen and dining area with all modern appliances. A work desk and chair can be supplied if needed. All bills included. Council tax band G.
