I have a large double bedroom for rent in Hungerford, 5 minutes walk to Hungerford train station, and 5 minutes to the high street, theres restaurants, shops etc etc

your rent will cover all bills, sky tv/wifi/council tax/ electricity/ water/tv licence etc etc

there is a washing machine, cooker, tumble dryer, mircowave/ bread maker etc etc

the room has a double bed, clothes rail tv and dvd player

there is also parking space available out side I do live on top of a shop but it's absolutely quiet as anything ☺️

I want someone who's clean and tidy and repescts me and the home I want you to feel at home too 👌☺️

abit about me I'm 30 years old I work as a dog grommer, I also ideally want someone else who works, I love going on country walks, I also love bowling, cinema, I love my gaming also I also love to play drinking games haha... but I'm really down to earth, I'm very clean and tidy, I want someone who respects me and my home ☺️ I would like someone who I can get along with and likes to do things together not just a house mate 😆

single person is £600 pcm

couples is £650 pcm

deposit is also £300 which will be refunded when you wish to leave
