Large double room, en-suite, studio+share kitchen

We are looking for a professional person or couple, who are happy to enter into a homeshare scheme with a elderly lady as follows:

In exchange for 5 hours a week of work the rent charged including bills will be £600 per Month.

The accommodation has its own access and is part of a large house.

There is a new kitchen (shared) and private large ensuite bathroom, with new washing machine and dryer

All bills and broadband are included.

What does the 5 hours entail,; what will I be required to do as a Homesharer?

- Help with light domestic tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning and gardening
- Technical support such as help with a computer or phone.
- A person who can offer quality companionship and social interaction
- Going to shops or doctors to collect items.

As a Homesharers you will never be asked to provide assistance with washing and dressing, medication giving, moving and handling a person, toileting etc.
