I am offering a fully furnished single bedroom within my 3 bedroom family home . The room has a comfortable ikea sofa bed which has storage underneath for bedding for ease . A folding desk area and chair , plus shelves for stationary so this area is great for working . There is a wall mounted tv with free-view available to view . 2 Cubed wall mounted shelving units for storage , a built in wardrobe for hanging clothes which also has an over head built in cupboard for additional storage and a chest of draws and wash basket within it . The room has wall mounted shelving either side of the Sofabed with additional lighting . The door has a yale lock on the bedroom door with a key for access and privacy . This room has been recently decorated throughout and provided with new furniture . This bedroom is at the back of the house so the window views the back garden .
I currently live in my home with my son who is 9 years old , I also have 2 well behaved cats who have access outside . The bathroom is shared however I keep this immaculate at all times , it has an electric shower and storage is available for toiletries if needed. The upstairs cupboard has an additional freezer , plus cleaning products , ironing board and iron for use . The living room is also shared and has a wall mounted tv with free view available and 2 large comfortable sofas. The kitchen / dining area is clean and spacious , there is also a wall mounted tv so you can cook and catch up with your favourite shows . The kitchen has a gas oven , double dual air fryer and lots of other electrical cooking appliances . I can offer cupboard , fridge and freezer space if needed. The garden is accessible from the conservatory , it’s south facing and sunny and has 2 seating areas . I have a space in my driveway for a small car . I live a 7 minute walk from Langley train station so easy to commute on the Elizabeth line . We are a 5 minute walk to the Toby carvery on the London road so getting the 702 bus into London or Heathrow is great too .

I am looking for a single working professional female who would like to rent the room . I would like a respectful and tidy individual to live within my home , myself and my son are welcoming , accommodating and also respectful . We are chilled but sociable .
The room is being advertised for a single working professional, I am unable to accept couples or pets .
