Comfortable Double room with a king-sized bed in a 2-bed Victorian house in the residential All Saints area of West Maidenhead. I’m a friendly sociable live-in landlady looking for a like-minded professional (preferably female) to share my house with as we will be sharing a bathroom.

The double room is fully furnished with king-size bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, 2 wardrobes and a fold-up desk with chair.
The room is at the rear of the house so very quiet with a garden view. Rent £725 pcm with a deposit of £725 pcm.

The house is clean and bright with parking on the street at the front and a large garden with patio to the rear which will be available to use. There is a modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, double height fridge and separate freezer. There is a separate lounge area with TV, sofas and a dining room table. I also have a large garage, which can be used for storage e. g. bike.

I am an experienced private live-in landlady so no fees apply. Bills included in the rent - gas, electricity, water, council tax and superfast fibre broadband.

The property is on a quiet residential road in West Maidenhead and has an is ideally located for commuting to London Paddington/Reading. It is only a 15-minute walk to Maidenhead train station, the town centre and Pinkney’s Green common.

Saint’s Cafe is a 3 min walk from my house and is a great place to work from downstairs. Tesco’s Express is also nearby, only a 5 min walk from the house.
