Fantastic double room available in Maidenhead

Hi All,
I have a stunning double room with ensuite available for single occupancy on a lovely development in Maidenhead. The property is 10 minutes walk from the town center and train station. There is off road parking on the development.

I am looking for a tidy, clean, non smoking respectful housemate. This will not be a party household but if you are looking for quality accommodation in a super friendly, relaxed environment then this should suit you. It is a three bed house where the room available is on the first floor. One room is kept for storage and my room is on the second floor which I share with my boyfriend. We are super friendly, tidy and considerate people to live with so please don't be put off that we are a couple!

All bills are included in the rent. The room looks much better in real life and is a good size with large windows and a wall of fitted wardrobes.

Ideally I am looking for a female tenant but males will be considered. Due to my home based role I can only consider those who don't work from home. Week day lets will be considered too.
