Hi All,
I have a stunning double room with ensuite available for single occupancy on a lovely development in Maidenhead. The property is 10 minutes walk from the town center and train station. There is off road parking on the development.

I am looking for a tidy, clean, non smoking respectful housemate. This will not be a party household but if you are looking for quality accommodation in a super friendly, relaxed environment then this should suit you. It is a three bed house where the room available is on the first floor. One room is kept for storage and my room is on the second floor.

All bills are included in the rent. The room looks much better in real life and is a good size with large windows and a wall of fitted wardrobes.

Ideally I am looking for a female tenant but males will be considered. Due to my home based role I can only consider those who don't work from home. Week day lets will be considered too.
