Hi, I have a double room available! in a nice friendly shared household. Current housemates Are all friendly and helpful. (Privacy is respected)

Very large and quiet garden ideal to relax and for BBQ in the summer, bright conservatory to chill in and garage with space for storage.


Location: the house is close by to all motorways exits, local shops, town centre and railway station.

No parking off street it is a busy road.

Suggested tenancy agreement will be in place.

Full time employment.

No smoking.


Female preferred however if suitable for the right person will be considered.

Current housemates are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate clean and who keeps noise to a minimum during weekday evenings to respect each others and the neighbours.
In return you will live with very friendly and respectful people who make the place feel like home. (Mainly!!) the household is shared between three other housemates as one works from home abroad very often (hardly there).

Note: any changes to the room furniture or additional needs are open for discussion.
