SHORT LET One bedroom flat near centre

This is a SHORT term let from 8th August to 3rd September only and can’t start earlier or be extended beyond this date. It’s not a flat share but a whole apartment. The advertised price is for the stay between 8/8-3/9 and doesn’t include electricity and water.

This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. It has a good sized double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and bathroom with toilet.

The bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with shelves, computer desk with chair, cushioned chair, floor light, reading light. There are blackout curtains.

It's ideal for one person but we also accept couples or parent and child. We have had both couples and one person staying in the last five summers and it always worked fine for them.

Reserved parking place and plenty of off street parking places available.

The apartment is located in a small block of flats in a residential area of Newbury. It's 10 mins walk to the main railway station and 15 mins to the High Street. There is big green area just outside the flat perfect for picnics, walks or exercise.

Bills for water and electricity will be calculated based on your usage and settled at the end of your stay. Broadband bill is included in the price.
