-A holding deposit of £75 will be required if you wish to proceed. Please note this is non refundable, unless the reason for not proceeding is due to the landlord. There may be some flexibility regarding the move in date.

-Sorry, strictly no smoking and no pets permitted.

-The landlord is a professional working in IT and has prior experience of letting property and living in several house shares (as a tenant and also as a live in landlord). The other housemate is also a professional in full time employment.
