Share modern cottage in Donnington Village, Newbury. Amazing location, woodland walks and cycling on doorstep, a castle (tick!), two village pubs/Honesty Café & Bakery (Three doors down the lane). Walk in, unpack, relax...

The loft with ensuite...is private, light and airy, has skylights (with blinds), own shower/toilet, storage/hanging space, Scandi leather chair/storage footstool, big chest of drawers, bedside table/lamp etc. Currently has a large single divan/day bed with drawers but easily fits a double (See pics), if you have one. Linen and towels if you need them and super fast Sky Broadband/wifi/SkyQ Mini box/ TV. You can lose yourself in the loft and chime in when you want to.

We have a floor each! And shared use of a guest bedroom for visits. Video walkabout on request!

The cottage...bright and cosy, sociable living spaces with big corner lounge suite, great kitchen, with integrated appliances. The dining room has a big skylight and leads onto the patio/bbq, which leads out to the garden beyond...with a bigger bbq and a shed...got a bike?!


In a nutshell…this is a luvly, fully equipped house with outdoor spaces, and a happy vibe.

It’s also a ten minute walk to town centre, Vodafone, Microfocus, etc, easy..
A bit about me...I'm originally from Sydney, love to cook and share, sing/dance, exercise and chill out when the day’s done! I’m an internal comms/people engagement specialist, and I do great cake!

Some important stuff...share house with one other, upbeat female, moi. I'm hoping for a down to earth female (Preferably), who likes a good laugh, and must be clean ‘n’ tidy, to share this sunny household.

More info, I’m not a landlady...I’ve been renting the cottage from the Donnington Hospital Charity for 10 years now, because it’s flippin’ luvly, and the rent goes to a really great cause.

Availability...end March 2022.

The boring stuff...you'll need one months rent/bills as security deposit and the monthly rent/bills are due on the first day of each month. Please note that I can’t negotiate the rent/bills right now - it’s simply what it costs and the energy bills have recently been increased.
