Please note this is B&B, NOT a 7 night week house-share arrangement. For Spareroom applicants Monday-Friday @ £180 pw single occupancy (£260 pw double occupancy). Payable weekly in advance, including all bills (no telephone).
Buffet breakfast included and breakfast room is available for additional use (fridge, microwave & kettle).

Bed-linen and towels laundered and changed when the room is cleaned each weekend.
