Looking for a friendly tidy housemate Monday to Friday. If required for a short let I can consider the full week. I'm quite easy going and happy to share a cuppa or leave you in peace.
The bedroom is large and furnished with shared bathroom with other toilet downstairs. The large lounge and dining room are shared. There's room for a small table in the room if you need to work.
Feel free to use the garden and offer any tips it's a work in progress. I tend to cook then watch TV or work most evening. It's a friendly quiet road. I use the garage for my car but there's space for a bike if you needed it.
The garden is south facing which has made the pictures look dark since the sun is shining through window but the dining room is a lovely sun trap summer or winter. Any questions feel free to ask.
