I am offering a first floor double room, set in a clean, tidy and organised mid-terraced home in a quiet neighbourhood - ideally suited either for a full-time student or professional.

The house is a five minute walk from the University campus in a much sought-after area with local pub, shopping and food take-away facilities.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of draws, TV, DVD player and laundry basket.

The occupant will have access to commonly shared amenities which include a living room, conservatory, garden and a kitchen with kettle, microwave, cooker, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

A washing machine/dryer is also available to use and there is super-fast free wi-fi broadband service throughout the house.

Communal areas are always kept tidy. and the house is professionally cleaned at least twice a month. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly with one professional male landlord who occasionally stays at the house.

For car owners, free on-road parking is available and access to bus route (no. 8 or 9) is just a minute away from the front door step, providing a 15-20 minute bus ride to Reading town centre and railway station (via The Royal Berkshire Hospital).

All of the above comes at an all-in price of £600 per month and includes all electric, gas, water and wi-fi bills.
