Looking For An Awesome Housemate

Hey, I have a spare room to rent from the beginning of April, My house mate is moving back to Portugal. She finished uni and is off. I have a single room for rent in a pretty cool Victorian terraced house. It’s got a wood burning stove, classic wooden floorboards throughout and a cool terrace style garden.
The rent includes all the bills and also I pay for a cleaner to come round once a week, So generally there isn’t much cleaning to do. I also have a dish washer!!
The only extra bill is the occasional load of logs to go half’s on in the winter.
I’m a professional and work shifts. I also lead a very active lifestyle, I’m a keen kayaker, climber, surfer, etc etc. Looking for someone who is on the same wavelength and won’t mind the occasional gear explosion after a weekend away hiking.
Generally speaking I am quite tidy.
The room itself is 100% a single room, it’s got a new bed inside, a bed side table and chest of draws. It’s quite light and airy with traditional sash windows, recently improved with double glazing.
My last house mate had quite a bit of stuff and managed just fine. It’s a decent space for a bedroom.
