High-Spec Flat available in Caversham

Hey everyone,

I'm letting out one of the rooms in my flat which I've done up. I need someone fun, tidy and respectful to move in!

I have a dog named Loki, he's a 4y/o corgi. We keep the spot really tidy and i'm constantly collecting any hairs he drops.

The flat comprises a really nice shared living room (65inch 4K OLED TV, Netflix, Sky TV/Sky Sports, Amazon Prime and Juliet Balcony), a well kept & "modern" kitchen, a recently renovated shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one large room and one smaller room which we can agree on when you come and check it out! The smaller room will be let at a lower price. There's a fair bit of storage space as i've also converted the loft. The flat has super fast BT internet for Gaming, Streaming, etc. There's also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dyer.

There are parks down the road and there's a large communal garden with a private section for each block of flats. Additionally there are bike sheds outside.

I'm basically just looking for someone to share the place with to make it more affordable. I work longish hours in Mayfair and then gym later in the evenings, so during the week i'm not really around too much.
