We have an amazing double bedroom available to let, on the bottom floor of a two-floor maisonette in the centre of Reading. Currently there is Ruby (26) and Meg (26) living in the other two rooms, both professionals / legends. Your room is massive, on the lower floor facing the garden, opposite Meg’s room and right next to the bathroom. Upstairs is Ruby’s room and the kitchen/dining/living room, which opens into the garden. The nice little garden catches the sunshine in the summer. We have a ping-pong table and a barbecue out there for summer fun.
Location-wise it's pretty great, it's a 5 minute walk into town for shopping, gym, food or drinks, and 12 minutes to the train station.
We're very relaxed and sociable, so looking for someone we can enjoy being with in the evenings if we're cooking, watching TV, going out, or going out out. We have Sky, Netflix, Prime, BT Sport, Disney+ on the main tele.
My name is Will and I’m currently the live-in landlord who is moving out of your room to go travelling for a while .
