I have a double room available from 1st June in this high quality 6 bed/3 bathroom town house in Portway Close, RG1 which is a quiet cul de sac with no parking restrictions on the south side of Reading and just 10/15 minutes walk to town and the main train station. There is also an off road parking space is required and a good sized sunny garden.
It is a lovely large bright double room with a lot of wardrobe space and desk and chair also provided. The rent is £700 a month and is available from 1st June.
The rents include ALL bills and WiFi and my minimum contract term is 6 months.
