Spacious double room with shower ensuite

My current housemate is moving out in May and I'm looking for someone to move in to this lovely 2 bed house with me and my pup. The room itself will come unfurnished but the rest of the house is already sorted. The room has two built in wardrobes with three hanging rails inside. The room is upstairs at the front of the house and looks out over the estate. We are in a lovely, quiet area mainly populated by families. There are lakes over the back of the estate which are great for walks and there are two pubs within walking distance of the house. Reading Town centre is a short drive away or alternatively Twyford train station is a short walk away and gives us access to London, Reading and beyond.
I am a clean and tidy person (I've included photos of my room and the rest of the house as proof. The pup's name is Teddy and he is loveable, fluffy (but doesn't shed) and enjoys a cuddle on the sofa. The landlord doesn't want any more pets in the house so unfortunately this room isn't suitable for anyone with animal friends. I am a teacher so I'm out of the house for the majority of the day at work (pandemic or not) so if you need to work from home this could be perfect. If you have any questions please do get in contact.
